At present, the old 001 model using Mobileye solution only supports NZP on highways in some cities, and it is not known whether the intelligent driving capability can be greatly improved after installing intelligent driving hardware.

 

In terms of core configuration, the new 001 will undoubtedly be fully upgraded from the previous 400V platform to the full 800V high voltage platform, according to the current 007 performance, which also uses this scheme, from 10% to 80%, the time will be shortened from 50 minutes to 20 minutes. At the same time, the global 800V platform can reduce the power loss caused by high current, and further improve the efficiency of power conversion.

 

Motor from the old model of two water-cooled flat line permanent magnet synchronous to oil cooled + flat line front induction asynchronous + polar Krypton 007 the same type of silicon carbide permanent magnet synchronous motor, the front motor power is 270kW, the rear motor power is 310kW, the total power of the four-drive version of the system is up to 580kW.

The new electric drive system uses the industry leading motor and reducer integrated lubrication, cooling dual-tooth planetary reducer technology to make the motor quieter. The electronic control system has also been upgraded from IGBT to SiC system, with low loss, high voltage resistance and high operating frequency.

 

The chassis suspension system will be adapted to the new motor installation of the front and rear subframes and an improved version of the all-aluminum suspension, may provide domestic hollow double cavity suspension, CCD adjustable electromagnetic damping suspension, body comfort hydraulic bushing elastic system.

 

In terms of battery, the new 001 will use a lithium iron phosphate battery produced by Time Geely, compatible with 800V architecture, and a battery capacity of 95kW.
