In terms of the overall design of the vehicle, the new Geometry G6 adopts the "Light Language Future" concept, and the front face is still a closed design. In terms of details, it has a continuous light strip design, and the brand logo on the front face is illuminated. The front bumper is also equipped with ventilation holes and guide grooves on both sides. From the front face design, the Geometry G6 has good discrimination and follows a household route, without being unique.
As a compact sedan, the side profile has a conventional design, with dimensions of 4752mm/1804/1520mm in length, width, and height, and a wheelbase of 2700mm. This size data is slightly different from the previous model, mainly in terms of height. On the side details, there are hidden door handles and two types of wheels: 16 inches and 17 inches. As for the tail design, the changes are not significant, and the main change is the tail badge changing from "GEOMETRY" to "GEELY". In terms of vehicle design, the Geometry G6 still follows a household route.
In terms of overall interior design, the Geometry G6 has a 10.2-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 14.6-inch central control screen, which are indeed large enough. The interior is mainly based on these two screens, while other designs are relatively simple. In terms of intelligence, it is equipped with a brand new Huawei car infotainment module, which has higher overall interaction and playability. It supports continuous multi command dialogue, and its level of intelligence has advantages at this level.
In terms of space, because the new model has a higher height compared to the old model, coupled with a significant reduction in the central protrusion height of the rear floor, the actual space is larger than the old model. Of course, this is a compact sedan, and even if it has a larger space than the old model, the overall spaciousness of the space is limited. In terms of configuration, the 500km versions of the new Geometry G6 will have L2 level assisted driving, while the 410km version does not have L2 level assisted driving.
In terms of power system, the Geometry G6 has two different power motors: 100kW and 150kW. The battery capacity corresponding to 100kW is 46.11kWh, bringing a pure electric range of 410km. The battery capacity corresponding to 150kW is 53.4kWh, bringing a pure electric range of 500km (both are CLTC standards, and the battery is honeycomb lithium iron phosphate battery). It is worth noting that it uses a brand new CTP flat panel battery with a modular design. On the chassis, it still uses front MacPherson suspension and rear torsion beam. Overall, this power system still belongs to the ordinary household level.
