Trumpchi GS8 is GAC Trumpchi's first flagship luxury seven-seat SUV product, which was officially launched on December 12, 2021, enhancing the discourse power of Chinese brands in the high-end SUV market and becoming the first SUV product that truly has the strength to fight against joint venture brands.
When the car is launched, it offers two power systems of 2.0T fuel version and 2.0T hybrid version for users to choose, and provides two appearance style kits for the two power versions. The body size reaches 4980mm, the wheelbase reaches 2920mm, and the interior part has a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument with a 14.6-inch suspension center control screen. A new style of three-spoke steering wheel, the seats are available in 7-seat and 6-seat versions for users to choose from. In terms of power, the new GS8 fuel version is equipped with a 2.0T four-cylinder turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 252 HP and a peak torque of 400 nm.
Trumpchi GS8S and GS8 form a core brother, and attack the big five and big seven SUV market with "SUV twin" to meet the diversified needs of consumers for off-road and urban sports.
